Congratulations Charlie on your promotion to assistant management! We wanted to take a minute to share his success and some of the advice that he gave to his team and colleagues this morning. Charlie offered some words of wisdom he had been given along the way that helped him get to where he is now, hoping to pass on three major ideas:

  1. To attract a 10 you need to be a 10. If you want to attract the best people in the business to come work with and for you, you must first be your best self. In order to get the best you need to be the best. Don't expect to attract the brightest in the industry without expecting the same of yourself.
  2. Don't try to reinvent the wheel. Everything you are doing on a daily basis, someone has done before you. Don't overcomplicate things, or you will end up getting in your own way.
  3. The importance of blind faith. It's easy to make decisions based on facts, but sometimes the most important decisions need to be made on blind faith, by trusting in your superiors and colleagues, even without all the information to back it up. This builds trust in your team and keeps you from missing out on valuable opportunities.
Thanks again to everyone who came out this morning to celebrate with us and congratulations again Charlie, your hard work continues to motivate those around you, and we are excited to see what the future will hold.

Premier's Dough Raiser

Dough Raiser

Premier Innovations Inc. had all of our family and friends gather at Uno Chicago Grill on March 7th, 2013 to raise money for Operation Smile. Operation Smile is an outstanding organization that helps to repair cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities for children around the globe. We would like to thank everyone who attended our event and contributed towards the donation. We raised over $200 with our Dough Raiser function. That is just enough money to assist one child with his/her operation. We would like to give thanks and show tremendous appreciation to Miranda M. for putting this function together. We are now half way toward out goal of $2,500 donated by August.
Keep up the great work Team Premier!!!
