Congratulations Charlie on your promotion to assistant management! We wanted to take a minute to share his success and some of the advice that he gave to his team and colleagues this morning. Charlie offered some words of wisdom he had been given along the way that helped him get to where he is now, hoping to pass on three major ideas:

  1. To attract a 10 you need to be a 10. If you want to attract the best people in the business to come work with and for you, you must first be your best self. In order to get the best you need to be the best. Don't expect to attract the brightest in the industry without expecting the same of yourself.
  2. Don't try to reinvent the wheel. Everything you are doing on a daily basis, someone has done before you. Don't overcomplicate things, or you will end up getting in your own way.
  3. The importance of blind faith. It's easy to make decisions based on facts, but sometimes the most important decisions need to be made on blind faith, by trusting in your superiors and colleagues, even without all the information to back it up. This builds trust in your team and keeps you from missing out on valuable opportunities.
Thanks again to everyone who came out this morning to celebrate with us and congratulations again Charlie, your hard work continues to motivate those around you, and we are excited to see what the future will hold.
